Returns, exchanges and cancellations
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
For return or exchange:
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
For cancellation:
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Earrings and piercings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Return and exchange details:
If your item was lost in transition or you received the item and it was damaged, I will send you another one (when possible) or refund you.

Shipping policies
Items may be subject to local VAT and Customs taxes.
All items are shipped with DHL e-Commerse.
Delivery time: 7-14 business days to most locations worldwide.
Small delays can be caused by weather conditions, local holidays, strikes and other events out of my control. If in doubt - please contact me and I'll track your item with the shipping provider.

Sizing details
All rings are made to size. If the ring you ordered does not fit, I will resize it for you at no additional cost, but you'll have to pay for the shipping.
Care instructions
Sterling silver (925) may tarnish, so I send a special polishing cloth with every shipping. If your item lost its shine or developed unwanted patina - just rub it with the polishing cloth to make it shiny again.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are shipped in jewelry boxes. If you want something special, like a message, added to a gift, please let me know.

Custom and personalized orders
I accept custom orders. I will not copy designs produced by other jewelers or otherwise copyrighted, but I can always create an original design based on or resembling a certain item or style.
I'll be happy to create a custom item for you. I do it as follows:
First, I create a sketch according to your description. That's free of charge. I'll also give you a price quote according to the materials (metal, stones) of your choice, and whether your design is to stay OOAK or am I allowed to produce copies.
Then, if you like it and want it produced, I'll require a small down payment (usually one third of the full price).
After that I'll create your item (you can receive work-in-progress photos if you want to). After you receive a photo of the finished item, you'll pay the rest of the price and I'll ship it to you.
The whole process can take two-three months. I can make it faster when needed, but this may increase the price.
